How to play the 24fps video from Canon Camera into a NTSC/PAL HDTV?

“I’ve tried many a times but never succeeded in getting good quality of my 24fps video from Canon HV30 on TV. Every time my stuff is aired on NTSCTV, it looks dull. Does anyone knows what mistake I’m making?”
PAL video is based on the 50 hertz AC frequency used in Europe and elsewhere. NTSC is based on the 60 hertz AC frequency we is used in the US and a few other locations
Please check the camera is set up for PAL or NTSC, for most TV 24fps is wrong. Use 25fps for PAL or 29.97 (30fps) for NTSC. So if you want to play your 24fps video from Canon camera onto NTSC/PAL HDTV, you`d better convert the 24fps canon video to 29.97/25fps first.
Canon NTSC video converter supports converting AVCHD, MTS, M2TS, MOD, TOD etc 24fps files from Canon camera to 29.97 fps for NTSC TV and convert NTSC Canon video to Pal MPEG-1, MPEG-2, DV etc formats.
Canon PAL video converter allows your to convert all canon 24fps files or other movie to 25fps for PAL TV and convert Pal Canon video to NTSC MPEG-1, MPEG-2, DV etc on Windows 7, 8, vista, xp.
Tips: if you are a Mac user, please go to Mac NTSC Canon video converterand Mac NTSC Canon video converter.

Import Panasonic Lumix AVCHD Lite video to Windows Movie Maker

I bought a camera a few days ago and it’s the Panasonic Lumix camcorder and the disk that comes with is not compatible with Windows Movie Maker and I want to upload my movie to Movie Maker, Is there a way to load video from Panasonic Lumix camcorder to Movie Maker for Windows?
That’s because Movie Maker is limited on the file types it can deal with. It mainly supports AVI, WMV video format, Panasonic Lumix camcorder records AVCHD video clip which is not compatible with Movie Maker.  You’re going to need a good video conversion program to convert your videos into a format that can be used with Movie Maker, such as MPG, AVI or WMV format.
Copy the video files to the computer; use a transcoder like Lumix AVCHD to Windows Movie Maker converter to convert the video files to AVI, WMV. Then bring the converted files into Movie Maker for editing.
AVCHD to Windows Movie Maker converter won’t reduce the quality which allows you to do some settings to keep original quality such as customize the Bitrates,  Frame Rate, Encoder, and Resolution, and you can trim, clip, crop, edit Panasonic Lumix camcorder video.
